Pine Street has been retained by Lehman Brothers to manage its interest in Boot Ranch, a 2,000-acre upscale mixed use community in the Hill Country of Texas. We are utilizing our many years of experience in cash flow management and repurposing of properties to establish an informed decision point for Lehman as to the future direction this magnificent asset should take.

Pine Street is ideally suited to represent opportunity funds and national home builders in identifying and providing due diligence services for the myriad of investment opportunities available throughout the U.S.

The firm has just finished the first phase of what we call a "repurposing" assignment with the Board of Directors of the Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonville, Florida. Pine Street was retained to prepare a site analysis and land assessment on approximately 94 acres of land surrounding the 18 hole golf course. Preliminary land use studies were prepared, access alternatives were analyzed and the potential for a conservation easement on a portion of the property was studied.  The Board's ultimate objective is to raise capital through the sale of this land for club improvements.
