Cam has held Senior Executive positions at major master-planned resort, residential, recreational and mixed-use projects throughout the US, the Caribbean and Mexico. His professional experience spans the full spectrum of resort hospitality operations, resort/ residential development, construction, sales & marketing and property acquisitions. This rare blend of resort multi-discipline experience comes from some of the most highly regarded projects and companies in the country and abroad. Such companies as Medallist Developments (a JV between Greg Norman and Macquarie Bank, Australia), Arvida Corporation, the award-winning Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont, and the internationally acclaimed Royal Westmoreland in Barbados, are examples of successful companies or projects where Cam has demonstrated his leadership.

Specific examples include: Lowe Enterprises, where Cam had management and development responsibilities at the Resort at Squaw Creek and at Suncadia; a joint venture between Greg Norman and Macquarie Bank of Australia, where Cam was responsible for development of a of a proposed Rosewood Hotel project at Punta Mita.

Arvida Corporation, where Cam was responsible for Operations and Real Estate Development, including such projects as Boca West.

Stratton Mountain, where Cam had responsibilities for the development of Stratton Mountain Village and Royal Westmoreland in Barbados, where Cam was responsible for Real Estate Development and Resort Operations.

He has extensive experience in resort strategic business planning, acquisitions, economic modeling and feasibility, due-diligence analysis and asset disposition strategies for resort and residential development, resort commercial and hospitality operations. He has successfully managed multiple investor relationships.

His experience includes: acquisitions,  the market research , the master-planning, coordination of the entitlements process, formulation and implementation of marketing and sales strategies, planning, programming and construction of resort residential, mixed-use development, planning, programming and construction of golf courses, spa and health & fitness facilities, clubhouses, hotel and food & beverage facilities and conference facilities.

Cam has extensive experience in the management, direction, and coordination of specialized disciplines including: land planning, architecture, interior design, civil engineering, infrastructure construction, and residential and mid-rise building construction. He has excellent hospitality operations experience including: large scale lodging operations, multi-golf course operations, multiple F&B outlets, and all other hospitality departments and operations, the development of club membership strategies and home owners associations.
